They were kind and comforting. They treated you with kindness and respect. Explained everything that they were doing. Best urgent care I have ever been to and I have visited many. Will definitely tell ever one I know if they need urgent care this is the place to go. I can't thank them enough.

First time patient on a holiday and I was taken back right away and seen fairly quick. Was in and out with in 30 mins. The NP was very nice and actually listened. Only urgent care I will be visiting from now. Thank you

I’ve been massively impressed with this urgent care. I’ve used this urgent care 3 times this year for myself and kids for minor issues and they are so friendly and QUICK! Twice I’ve been there and been in and out the door in 20 minutes. It’s very clean and everyone has been very nice. Can’t say enough good things about how easy and fast they provide great healthcare!

This place is awesome! They figured out right away what they needed to do and gave me a prescription for what I needed. Quick service with a smile. I highly recommend them. One of the best Urgent Cares Clinics I've ever been to so far.

When you are stuck in a pinch and need to choose an urgent care, I highly suggest IEP. Some urgent cares just aren't pleasant. They either have a long wait, with many in the waiting room, or seem dingy. IEP was quick, clean and well kept up. The staff was caring, and had a great bedside manner. If we ever need an urgent care, we will be going back here.

IEP urgent care in Clinton Twp saw my son right before they were preparing to close. Friendly staff, fast service and knowledgeable PA-C. The facility was very nice and clean which contributed to our amazing visit! I’m so happy to have a neighborhood urgent care that takes pride it doing what’s right and provides exceptional health care.

My experience was so wonderful. This the BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve had in a long time.The staff is so amazing. They listen to me and understood my issue.They care about the patients that come into IEP urgent care. The PA was so Attentive and caring. I Thank and appreciate you guys so much.
